对工程的监理是监理工程师控制工程质量的重要手段之一。监理工作运行的有效性对工程质量的保证具有重要的作用。监理工程师在工程建设过程中主要为建设单位交付合格的工程,确保工程的质量。使得建设单位在接收工程的时候不出现任何质量问题。因此,为了能够有效控制工程质量,监理工程师应采取适当的方式来保证工程的质量。本文就监理工程师在控制工程质量的过程中,如何运用合同和支付手段对其进行控制,保证工程质量。
Supervision of the project is one of the important means of supervising engineers to control the project quality. Supervision of the effectiveness of the operation of the project quality assurance has an important role.
