以6个1年生库尔勒香梨全同胞家系杂交实生苗为研究对象,调查了6个家系单株的株高、地径、叶片长、叶片宽、叶面积和叶片周长,并对6个家系和家系间的特性差异进行了分析。结果表明:6个全同胞家系中叶片和枝干均发生了不同程度的性状分离,各部分的性状分离度大小依次为叶面积>周长>地径>叶长>株高>叶宽;苹香梨和库尔勒香梨授粉组合的实生苗生长状况最好,晚香梨×库尔勒香梨和库尔勒香梨×苹香梨授粉组合的性状分离度最高;母本对叶片和枝干的特性影响要大于父本,父本对杂交实生苗的叶片特性影响较大;叶面积可作为实生苗早期鉴定的重要参考因素。
The 6-year-old hybrid germplasm with full sib family of Korla fragrant pear was studied in this study. The plant height, diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and leaf circumference of 6 pedigrees were investigated. And family characteristics of the differences were analyzed. The results showed that the leaf segments and stems of six eighteen sib families had different degrees of trait segregation, and the traits of the segregation in different parts were leaf area> circumference> diameter> leaf length> height> leaf width; Pear and Korla fragrant pear pollination combination of the best growth of seedlings, Late Pear × Korla pear and Korla fragrant Pear × Pear pear pollination combination of the highest degree of character traits; female parent and leaves of the characteristics of the greater impact than the parent The male and female parents had a great influence on the leaf characteristics of hybrid seedlings. Leaf area could be used as an important reference for the identification of early seedlings.
