Since 2005, China has paid more attention to inclusive finance. In 2013, the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” was passed by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which explicitly put forward the requirement of “developing an inclusive finance”.
