蛇毒对凝血系统的作用早已为人们所注意。最初把蛇毒分为具有促凝活性和具有抗凝活性两大类,但实际上许多蛇毒同时兼有这两种活性。目前已把蛇毒的各种抗凝和促凝组分进行了分离和鉴定。这些组分对凝血系统的作用如图1所示。
The effect of snake venom on the coagulation system has long been noted. The snake venom was initially divided into two categories with procoagulant activity and anticoagulant activity, but in fact many snake venoms have both of these activities. At present, various anticoagulant and procoagulant components of snake venom have been isolated and identified. The effect of these components on the coagulation system is shown in Figure 1.
