阿霉素(DXR)是强力抑制细胞增殖的药物,可治疗多种人体恶性肿瘤。但它毒副作用较大。为了提高其治疗指数,1986年研制聚甲基丙烯酸的毫微球作为给药系统,可缓慢生物降解。高浓度的阿霉素毫微球比游离药物抗瘤活性高。本文介绍以反相HPLC 测定血浓度来估价其药动学参数。
Doxorubicin (DXR) is a potent drug that inhibits cell proliferation and can treat many human malignancies. But it has more side effects. In order to increase its therapeutic index, a polymethacrylic acid-based nanosphere was developed as a drug delivery system in 1986 to slowly biodegrade. High concentrations of doxorubicin microspheres than free drug anti-tumor activity. This article describes the reverse phase HPLC determination of blood concentration to assess the pharmacokinetic parameters.
