1 概述浙赣复线八五工程光电缆通信工程红门——新塘边段已于1998年9月开通光电缆长途、区段传输网、数字程控交换网,在各中间站配备了智能开关电源的空调等辅助设备。由于没有配备电源监控系统,且中间站皆为无人站,从1998年开通至2000年底,共发生电源中断故障6起,造成光端机、专用通信和无线通信设备的中断,影响了铁路运输的安全。
