用不同剂量(0—15Gy)~(60)Coγ射线照射呈指数生长的中国仓鼠肾上皮细胞系,分析照射后不同时间(4—20天)再接种细胞的克隆形成能力。发现照射后虽然经过5次以上分裂,形成50个细胞的克隆以后,细胞的克隆形成能力仍旧明显降低,剂量越大降低越明显,提示存在有致死性突变。这种致死性突变的表达随照射后时间的延长和分裂次数的增加而逐渐减少。
Exponentially growing Chinese hamster kidney epithelial cell lines were irradiated with different doses (0-15 Gy) of 60 Co gamma rays, and the cloning capacity of re-inoculated cells at different times (4-20 days) after irradiation was analyzed. It was found that after 5 or more divisions after irradiation, the colony forming ability of the cells was still significantly reduced after the formation of a 50-cell clone, and the larger the dose was, the more obvious the decrease was, indicating that there was a lethal mutation. The expression of this lethal mutation gradually decreased with prolonged exposure time and increased number of divisions.
