目的:探讨厚朴温中汤加味配伍吗丁啉对功能性消化不良血浆胃动素及治疗效果的影响。方法:选择115例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组58例及对照组57例,对照组给予吗丁啉口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合厚朴温中汤加味配伍口服治疗,两组疗程均为3周,观察两组患者治疗临床疗效、临床症状评分、两组治疗前后血浆胃肠激素水平及药物不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(94.83%VS 80.70%);观察组腹胀感、早饱感、上腹痛及上腹灼烧感等症状评分临床症状积分均明显低于对照组;观察组血浆胃动素水平明显高于对照组(279.31±60.47)VS(224.54±57.62)ng·L-1,血浆生长抑素水平明显低于对照组(9.38±4.14)VS(12.53±3.79)ng·L-1;两组均无明显药物不良反应发生。结论:厚朴温中汤加味配伍吗丁啉有助于改善血浆胃动素及生长抑素水平,缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效,是一种安全有效的中西药结合治疗方案。
Objective: To investigate the influence of Houpu Wenzhong Decoction with domperidone on plasma motilin and therapeutic effect in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled. Fifty-eight patients in the observation group and 57 in the control group were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Oral administration of domperidone was given in the control group. On the basis of the control group, Wenzhong Decoction compatibility oral treatment, the two groups were treated for 3 weeks, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed, clinical symptom score, plasma gastrointestinal hormone levels before and after treatment and adverse drug reactions. Results: The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (94.83% vs 80.70%). The clinical symptom scores in the observation group such as abdominal distension, early satiety, upper abdominal pain and epigastric burning sensation were significantly lower than those in the control group. The level of plasma motilin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (279.31 ± 60.47 vs VS 224.54 ± 57.62 ng · L-1, and the plasma somatostatin level was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.38 ± 4.14 vs VS (12.53 ± 3.79) ng · L-1; no adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions: HUPU Wenzhong Decoction can improve the level of motilin and somatostatin in plasma, alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical curative effect. It is a safe and effective combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
