应用~(32)P标记过磷酸钙间接标记磷矿粉的方法,在盆栽条件下,用酸性土壤种植油菜,研究中国贵州磷矿粉对油菜的有效性。结果表明,使用磷矿粉可以使油菜获得显著的增产效果。并且用A值法测出磷矿粉中磷的有效性相当于过磷酸钙中磷的有效性的17.1%,并推算出1kg过磷酸钙的肥效相当于8.53kg贵州磷矿粉的肥效。同时,田间小区试验结果表明,贵州磷矿粉和浏阳磷矿粉主要是通过使油菜角果数显著增加而使油菜获得很好的增产效果的,其肥效试验结果与盆栽试验结果相同。
Using phosphorus (32) P-labeled phosphate rock by indirect labeling of phosphate rock, potted rapeseed was grown in acid soils to study the availability of phosphate rock in Guizhou Province, China. The results showed that the use of phosphate rock can make rape significant yield increase. And the A value method is used to measure the availability of phosphorus in phosphate rock powder equivalent to 17.1% of the effectiveness of phosphorus in the superphosphate. And it is deduced that the fertilizer effect of 1kg superphosphate is equivalent to that of 8.53kg Guizhou phosphate rock powder. At the same time, field plot test results show that Guizhou phosphate rock powder and Liuyang phosphate rock powder is mainly through the rape cauliflower number significantly increased rape access to good yield effect, and its fertilizer efficiency test results and potted test results the same.
