为了了解高龄老人的卫生服务利用情况,对成都市小天竺辖区204位80岁以上高龄老人的一般情况、健康情况和卫生服务利用情况进行调查分析得出:高龄老人的卫生服务利用率普遍偏低,2周就医率为21.1%。2周未就医率为55.0%。1年住院率为22.5%。1年内,因病应住院而未住院率为38.7%。影响老人卫生服务利用的因素有:文化程度、职业、月收入、照顾者、慢性病患病情况、慢性病患病数量和日常生活能力(ABL)。
In order to understand the use of health services by the elderly, the general situation, health status and utilization of health services of 204 elderly people over 80 years of age in Xiaotianye District of Chengdu City were investigated and analyzed: The utilization rate of health services for the elderly is generally low. The 2 week medical check-up rate was 21.1%. The rate of non-medical treatment in 2 weeks was 55.0%. The hospitalization rate in one year was 22.5%. Within one year, the hospitalization rate was 38.7% due to illness. The factors affecting the use of health services for the elderly include: education level, occupation, monthly income, caregivers, chronic diseases, chronic diseases, and daily living ability (ABL).
