陕西省纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂的使用情况调查

目的了解陕西省市售纸质食品包装材料中11种荧光增白剂的污染情况。方法采集陕西省10个地市的76份纸质包装材料,样品中的DSD-FWAs采用乙腈水溶液提取,在BEH C18上进行梯度洗脱分离,采用超高效液相色谱-荧光检测法进行检测。结果 11种荧光增白剂在0.90 ng/ml~146 ng/ml时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均>0.993,检出限为0.1 mg/kg~0.2 mg/kg。在低、中、高3种浓度水平下,11种荧光增白剂的回收率为80.5%~109.0%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~8.9%。在检测的76份包装材料中,共检出阳性样品7份,检出率为9.21%;共检出8种荧光增白剂,并且有多份样品存在检出多种荧光增白剂的现象,其中C.I.220的检出率(8.11%)和平均值(2.670 mg/kg)均最高,且检出的最大值为192 mg/kg。结论陕西省纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂的污染普遍,特别是C.I.220滥用较为严重,相关部门应该予以重视,加强对纸质食品包装材料的监督管理。 Objective To understand the pollution of 11 fluorescent brighteners in the paper-based food packaging materials marketed in Shaanxi Province. Methods 76 paper packaging materials were collected from 10 cities in Shaanxi Province. The DSD-FWAs in the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and gradient elution on BEH C18, and detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection. Results The results showed that the linearity of 11 fluorescent whitening agents was good at 0.90 ng / ml ~ 146 ng / ml, the correlation coefficient (r) was> 0.993, and the limit of detection was 0.1 mg / kg ~ 0.2 mg / kg. The recoveries of 11 fluorescent whitening agents ranged from 80.5% to 109.0% with relative standard deviations of 2.1% -8.9% at low, medium and high concentrations. Among the 76 packaging materials tested, 7 positive samples were detected, with a detection rate of 9.21%. A total of 8 fluorescent brighteners were detected, and there were many samples that detected various fluorescent brighteners , Of which the detection rate of CI220 was the highest (8.11%) and the average value (2.670 mg / kg), with the highest detected value of 192 mg / kg. Conclusion The pollution of optical brighteners in paper food packaging materials in Shaanxi Province is widespread, especially the abuse of C.I.220 is more serious. Relevant departments should pay more attention to strengthen the supervision and management of paper food packaging materials.
