目的:提出了吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法测定生活饮用水中挥发性氯化消毒副产物的测定方法。方法:样品经吹扫捕集仪后,联机进入气相色谱仪和质谱仪,应用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行质谱分析,以全扫描方式进行质谱定性,外标法定量。结果:该方法在一定浓度范围内线性良好(r>0.9991,检出限为0.20μg/L~5.00μg/L,样品平均回收率为94.7%~102.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.29%~7.46%。结论:本实验的分析方法有灵敏,快速,简便,准确等优点,可同时测定水中多种挥发性氯化消毒副产物。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of volatile chlorinated disinfection by-products in drinking water by purge and trap - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Methods: After the sample was purged by a trap, it was on-line into the gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer. HP-5MS capillary column was used to conduct mass spectrometry analysis by programmed temperature and mass spectrometry and external standard method. Results: The method showed good linearity (r> 0.9991, detection limit 0.20μg / L ~ 5.00μg / L, average recovery 94.7% ~ 102.3% and relative standard deviation RSD 3.29% ~ 7.46% .Conclusion: The analytical method of this experiment is sensitive, rapid, simple and accurate, and can simultaneously determine a variety of volatile chlorinated disinfection by-products in water.
