New York local time February 17, 2015, well-planned “Happy Spring Festival 2015 Art China Meeting” New York series of activities kicked off. Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and co-hosted by the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the American-Chinese Cultural Association, the event lasted from February 17 (the New Year’s Eve of Beijing time) to February 24 (the first day of the first month of Beijing time).
