压榨机的效率功能(简称压榨效能)主要有两大指标,即榨蔗量和抽出率。压榨技术作为压榨车间的经济核心技术,既要保证车间的生产能力,又要保证车间设备的安全运行和均衡生产。压榨机的实际生产能力不仅受到技术管理和设备的影响,还受到工艺条件和操作的影响。在生产流程中,压榨甘蔗是“一条龙”制作,即从甘蔗开始处理到最后的压榨机运转作业,所运用的设备是单台独立的传动方式,一旦损坏就没有补救的设备。另外,若渗出操作不适当,如渗出温度过高、pH值不适宜等,则会导致废粕的压榨特性不好,造成压榨困难,也会降低压榨机的生产能力。所以,加大力度改造压榨车间的技术,提高压榨车间的工作效率及安全,保证糖厂生产运转平稳正常,降低生产成本,提高质量和产量,是保证糖厂压榨机生产能力的关键,也是所有制糖厂所面临的最大问题。本文主要探讨现有糖厂压榨机的生产能力的计算及相关措施。
