一、加快了同位素在线元素分析仪的研制进度同位素分析技术是80年代国际上兴起的一种高技术。而同位素在线元素分析仪的研制,又是我国“七五”国家重点攻关项目。这种分析仪运用能谱分析方法在工业生产中,不破坏被检查物体来测定物料的元素含量,并对生产过程进行控制,具有重大的技术及经济价值。如利用这种仪器在水泥厂可以控制生料成分;可以确定金矿的含金量;还可以监测煤的灰分及含硫量。据株洲洗煤厂预测,使用这种仪器按多回收精煤1%计算,一年可增收人民币100万元。
I. Accelerating the Progress of Isotope On-line Elemental Analyzers Isotope analysis technology is a high-tech emerging internationally in the 1980s. The development of isotope on-line elemental analyzer is also a national key project in China’s “7th Five-Year Plan”. This analyzer uses energy spectrum analysis methods to determine the elemental content of the material without damaging the object being inspected, and controls the production process with significant technical and economic value. Such as the use of such instruments in the cement plant can control the raw meal composition; can determine the gold content of gold; also can monitor coal ash and sulfur content. According to Zhuzhou Coal Washing Plant’s prediction, using this instrument to calculate the recovery of clean coal by 1% can increase RMB 1 million in one year.
