急性脑血管病是常见的中老年疾病。在急性脑血管病变时,机体的内环境(包括神经内分泌系统)可发生一系列复杂变化。本文探讨该病急性期下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺轴功能状态的变化及其临床意义。对象与方法对象1990年10月至1991年3月在我科住院的急性脑血管疾病患者中,选择23例进行T_3、T_4、TSH、γT_3的检测。其中男性14例,女性9例,平均年龄59岁(48~70岁)。脑溢血7例,脑梗塞14例,蛛网膜下腔出血2例,均为脑脊液检查确诊,
Acute cerebrovascular disease is a common middle-aged and elderly disease. In acute cerebrovascular disease, the body’s environment (including the neuroendocrine system) can occur a series of complex changes. This article discusses the acute phase hypothalamus - pituitary - thyroid axis functional status changes and its clinical significance.
