卵巢癌的标准治疗方案是以手术为主,术后辅以化疗。能否实现理想的肿瘤细胞减灭术将直接影响患者的预后。而大多数晚期卵巢癌患者的初次肿瘤细胞减灭术难以达到满意。新辅助化疗可以改善晚期卵巢癌患者的术前状态,缩小癌灶,缓解病情,为手术的实施和理想肿瘤细胞减灭术的完成创造有利条件。
The standard treatment of ovarian cancer is based on surgery, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. The ideal tumor cytoreductive surgery will directly affect the prognosis of patients.
