基于冲击响应谱理论,对固定翼飞机着陆时刻外挂构型冲击信号进行了分析,得到了着陆状态冲击振动的特性;利用均值和方差概念,建立了冲击响应谱评估公式,得到了适用于冲击试验和结构动力学设计的冲击响应谱包络曲线。分析结果表明:不同着陆姿态所对应的冲击响应谱曲线走势基本一致,但不同姿态所对应的冲击谱放大系数差异较大;同一构件的不同位置冲击响应曲线走势相差很大,不具有相似性。该结论为外挂构型的冲击试验和外挂构型内部设备的减振防冲击设计提供了重要依据。
Based on the impulse response spectrum theory, the impulsive impact signals of the fixed-wing aircraft landing time are analyzed, and the characteristics of shock and vibration of the landing state are obtained. The shock response spectrum evaluation formula is established using the mean value and variance concept. And impulse response spectrum envelope of structural dynamics design. The analysis results show that the shock response spectrum curves corresponding to different landing attitude are basically the same, but the amplitudes of impact spectrum corresponding to different attitude are quite different. The impact response curves of different positions have the same trend and have no similarity. This conclusion provides an important basis for the impact test of the plug-in configuration and the shock-absorbing and shock-proof design of the equipment inside the plug-in configuration.
