目的:探讨白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法:对366例(398眼)白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术进行分析。结果:术后1 d及1周视力≥0.5者分别为83.42%及93.64%,术中主要并发症是晶状体后囊膜破裂12眼,虹膜损伤8眼;术后主要并发症是角膜水肿24眼,色素膜炎14眼,人工晶体偏位2眼。结论:白内障超声乳化术具有切口小、术后视力恢复快、并发症少、安全性高的优越性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 366 cases (398 eyes) of cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation were analyzed. Results: The visual acuity ≥ 0.5 at 1 d and 1 week after surgery was 83.42% and 93.64% respectively. The main complications during operation were 12 eyes with posterior capsule rupture and 8 eyes with iris injury. The main complication after operation was 24 eyes with corneal edema , 14 cases of uveitis, intraocular lens deviation 2 eyes. Conclusion: Cataract phacoemulsification has the advantages of small incision, quick recovery of visual acuity, fewer complications and high safety.
