回访系统(HCS)是医院管理患者的平台、关怀服务患者的工具,它利用计算机、通讯、互联网技术,在医院与患者之间搭起沟通的桥梁。医院通过这个平台可以提高医院医前及医后服务,为患者提供整体、分门别类的、个性化服务,患者可通过这些沟通手段,轻松实现医疗信息查询、医疗服务、预约、投诉建议等服务。把医护人员的亲情、热情倾注到病人身上,医院变“被动服务”为“主动服务”。
The HCS is a platform for hospital management of patients and a tool for patient care. It uses computers, communication and Internet technologies to bridge the gap between hospitals and patients. Through this platform, hospitals can improve pre-hospital and post-doctor services and provide overall, categorized and personalized services to patients. Through these communication channels, patients can easily obtain information such as medical information, medical services, appointment and complaint suggestions. The medical staff’s affection, enthusiasm devoted to the patient, the hospital changed “passive service ” to “active service ”.
