为了提高突发公共安全事件的预警能力,增加有效的低空监视手段,中国电科第38所研制了一套可担任1 000 m以下低空领域安防监视任务的系留气球系统。介绍了该系留气球监视系统的基本原理、功能和组成,并对系统的关键技术进行了详细论述。通过对比国内外同类产品的性能参数,指出了该产品的技术特点和竞争优势。最后简要介绍了该产品在2010年上海世博会上的应用情况。
In order to improve the early warning capability of public emergencies and increase effective means of low-altitude surveillance, China 38th Research Institute has developed a tethered balloon system that can serve as a security surveillance mission in the low-altitude area below 1 000 m. The basic principle, function and composition of the tethered balloon surveillance system are introduced. The key technologies of the system are discussed in detail. By comparing the performance parameters of similar products at home and abroad, the technical characteristics and competitive advantages of the product are pointed out. Finally, it briefly introduces the application of the product at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
