氧化铝厂烧成窑原采用直流调速系统,由于设备技术性能下降,故障率增高,常影响窑的稳定运行。故对其进行变频调速改造,采用具有直接转矩控制技术和主从控制的变频调速装置。设计中充分考虑大窑对起动转矩要求高,以及2台电机负荷分配的均衡性。该窑经变频调速改造后,各项技术性能均达到了预期要求,且具有节能降耗的效果。
Alumina plant firing kiln used DC speed control system, due to the technical performance of equipment decreased, the failure rate increases, often affect the stable operation of the kiln. Therefore, the frequency control of its transformation, the use of direct torque control technology and master-slave frequency control device. Design fully consider the kiln on the starting torque demanding, and two motor load distribution of the balance. The kiln by the frequency control transformation, the technical performance have reached the expected requirements, and has the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.
