目的:建立十味玉泉胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Diamonsil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),柱温室温,流动相甲醇-0.4%醋酸水溶液(25∶75),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长250 nm。结果:葛根素在0.213～1.067μg线性关系良好,Y=94 447X+25 189,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD 0.9%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为十味玉泉胶囊质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of puerarin in Shiwei Yuquan capsule. METHODS: Diamonsil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% aqueous acetic acid (25:75) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between puerarin and 0.213 ~ 1.067μg Y = 94 447X + 25 189, r = 0.999 6, with an average recovery of 99.6% and RSD 0.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Shiwei Yuquan capsule.
