运用2005~2009年大中型工业企业37行业面板数据,利用随机前沿生产函数模型(SFA)考察了行业R&D投入与技术效率间的内在关系,并按照“效率—增长率”相关关系划分工业部门,研究了各部门行业的特征及差异。研究表明,R&D对行业技术效率具有显著正向促进作用;行业平均技术效率随着R&D投入的逐年递增而稳步上升;划分的工业部门具有明显聚类特征或差异性特征。据此,对各部门分别提出增加R&D投入、改善产业结构、促进产学研共生体系建立等政策建议。
Using the panel data of 37 industries in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises from 2005 to 2009, the inherent relationship between industry R & D investment and technical efficiency was investigated by stochastic frontier production function model (SFA), and the industries were divided according to the relationship of “efficiency-growth rate” Department, studied the characteristics and differences of various sectors of the industry. The research shows that R & D has a significant positive effect on the technical efficiency of the industry. The average technical efficiency of the industry has risen steadily with the R & D investment increasing year by year. The divided industrial sectors have obvious clustering characteristics or different characteristics. Accordingly, various departments are proposed to increase R & D investment, improve the industrial structure, and promote the establishment of industry-university-research symbiosis policy recommendations.
