全国防办主任会议2001年2月中在甘肃省兰州市召开。会议总结了去年的防汛抗旱工作情况,研究部署今年的防汛抗旱工作。国家防汛抗旱总指挥部秘书长、水利部副部长周文智在会上作了重要讲话,要求各级防办尽职尽责,兢兢业业,以“如履薄冰、戒慎恐惧”的精神,切实做好今年防汛抗旱各项工作。我委副主任陈泽健、委防汛抗旱办公室主任杨德生参加了这次会议。周文智副部长在讲话中总结分析了去年的防汛抗旱工作以及大旱之年的启示,提出了今年防汛及抗旱工作的主要任务。
National Defense Director Meeting was held in Lanzhou, Gansu Province in February 2001. The meeting summed up last year’s flood control and drought relief work and studied and deployed this year’s flood control and drought relief work. Zhou Wenzhi, secretary general of the State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters and vice minister of the Ministry of Water Resources, made an important speech at the meeting and demanded that the defensive offices at all levels do their due diligence and conscientiously and conscientiously do a good job in this year with the spirit of Flood control and drought relief work. Chen Zejian, deputy director of our committee, Yang Desheng, director of the Flood Control and Drought Relief Office, attended the meeting.
