为了提高刷式密封系统跑道的高温耐磨性能,在1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢表面超音速火焰喷涂了NiCr/Cr3C2-BaF2.CaF2涂层。用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了涂层的微观组织与成分,采用拉伸试验及高温摩擦磨损试验机测试了涂层的结合性能。结果表明:以NiCr/Cr3C2作为过渡层可有效增强BaF2.CaF2涂层与钢材的结合性能,避免了涂层的整体剥落;在800℃高温气氛中,NiCr/Cr3C2-BaF2.CaF2涂层表面形成了自润滑膜,有效地降低了摩擦系数,表现出优良的耐磨性能。
In order to improve the high-temperature wear resistance of the runway of the brush seal system, a NiCr / Cr3C2-BaF2.CaF2 coating was sprayed on the supersonic flame of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel. The microstructure and composition of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The tensile properties and wear resistance of the coating were tested by tensile test. The results show that NiCr / Cr3C2 as a transition layer can effectively enhance the bonding properties of BaF2.CaF2 coating with steel, and avoid the overall peeling off of the coating. The surface of NiCr / Cr3C2-BaF2.CaF2 coating forms in 800 ℃ high temperature atmosphere Self-lubricating film, effectively reducing the friction coefficient, showing excellent wear resistance.
