[目的]研究E6蛋白、UBE3A与p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达。[方法]免疫组化(SP法)染色法观察38例乳腺浸润性导管癌及正常乳腺组织中UBE3A、E6蛋白与p53蛋白的表达情况。[结果]38例乳腺癌组织中UBE3A与E6蛋白表达均为阳性(100%);p53蛋白在乳腺癌组织中有34例(89.5%)表达阴性,4例(11.5%)表达阳性。在正常组织中UBE3A、E6蛋白表达均为阴性(100%),p53表达为弱阳性(100%)。[结论]HPVE6蛋白与UBE3A及p53蛋白结合可能导致p53蛋白的降解,对该降解机制进行干预可能是乳腺癌生物学治疗的一个靶点。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of E6 protein, UBE3A and p53 protein in breast cancer. [Method] The expression of UBE3A, E6 protein and p53 protein in 38 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and normal breast tissues were observed by immunohistochemistry (SP method) staining. [Results] The positive expression rates of UBE3A and E6 in 38 cases of breast cancer tissues were all 100%. The expression of p53 protein in breast cancer tissues was negative in 34 cases (89.5%) and positive in 4 cases (11.5%). UBE3A, E6 protein expression was negative (100%) in normal tissues, p53 expression was weakly positive (100%). [Conclusion] The combination of HPVE6 protein and UBE3A and p53 protein may lead to the degradation of p53 protein. The intervention of this mechanism may be a target for the biological treatment of breast cancer.
