应用离子选择电极法测定苯酚的工作,至今尚未见报导。我们根据苯酚定量地被溴水转化为三溴苯酚这一事实,研制了乙基紫-三溴苯酚根离子选择电极。其线性响应范围为4.2×10~(-6)M~5×10~(-3)M,级差51mV(19±1℃)。并用标准加入法测定了苯酚的含量。实验 1.三溴苯酚:参照文献合成,MP:92~93.5℃。将其在底液中配制0.5×10~(-2)M—0.5×10~(-8)M的系列溶液。 2.制备PVC活性膜:以乙基紫与三溴苯酚生成的缔合物为电活性物质,四氢呋喃为溶
The application of ion-selective electrode method for the determination of phenol has not been reported yet. Based on the fact that phenol is quantitatively converted to tribromophenol by bromine water, we developed an ethyl violet-tribromophenol ion selective electrode. The linear response range is 4.2 × 10 -6 M ~ 5 × 10 -3 M with a step difference of 51mV (19 ± 1 ℃). The standard addition method was used to determine the phenol content. Experiment 1.
