目的关注基层医院药学服务模式,提高药学服务质量,促进合理用药。方法收集目前基层医院开展药物咨询服务工作存在的问题,进行分析总结。结果基层医院开展药物咨询服务工作应注意转变传统药学服务模式,建立规章制度,明确在职药师培训目标,提高临床药师业务水平。结论基层医院开展药物咨询服务工作应引起重视,采取积极的改进措施,有针对性的加以完善,保障用药安全,全面推动医院药学服务工作更好发展。
Objective To pay attention to the pharmacy service mode of primary hospitals, to improve the quality of pharmacy services and to promote rational drug use. Methods To collect the existing problems in carrying out drug counseling services in grassroots hospitals and to analyze and summarize. Results The grassroots hospitals should pay attention to changing the traditional pharmacy service mode, establish the rules and regulations, clarify the objectives of on-the-job pharmacists training and improve the level of clinical pharmacists’ services. Conclusions The grass-roots hospitals should pay more attention to drug counseling services, adopt positive improvement measures, improve pertinently, ensure drug safety and promote the development of pharmacy services in hospitals.
