目的:探讨一种简便建立SD大鼠实验性牙周炎模型的方法,为利用牙周炎模型进行动物实验的科学研究提供简便的造模方法。方法:采用直径为0.2mm的正畸结扎丝结扎SD大鼠双侧上颌第一磨牙。结扎丝在大鼠上颌双侧第一磨牙远中侧进入,环上颌第一恒磨牙一周后,用针持在腭侧结扎固定,置于龈下,保证结扎丝不脱落。结果:第8周时实验动物牙周组织的临床表现和组织病理学观察结果都与人牙周炎表现相似。结论:采用本实验方法能够成功建立SD大鼠牙周炎模型,并且简便易行。
OBJECTIVE: To explore a simple method for establishing an experimental periodontitis model in SD rats, and to provide a convenient method for making animal models using periodontitis model. Methods: Bilateral maxillary first molar was ligated with orthodontic ligature of 0.2mm in diameter. Ligation wire in the distal maxillary bilateral first molars into the ring, the maxillary first permanent molars one week after the needle holding the palatal ligament fixation, placed in the subgingival, to ensure that the ligature does not fall off. Results: The clinical manifestations and histopathological observations of periodontal tissues in experimental animals at week 8 were similar to those of human periodontitis. Conclusion: The experimental model of SD rat periodontitis can be established successfully and is simple and easy to operate.
