目的:探讨烟曲霉及其渗出物(AfD)对肝移植患者和正常人中性粒细胞(PMN)吞噬功能的影响,为进一步研究肝移植后患者易感烟曲霉的发生机制奠定基础。方法:用烟曲霉孢子悬液、烟曲霉孢子悬液+烟曲霉渗出物的混合液分别刺激正常人和肝移植后患者的PMN,1.5小时分别行后PAS染色,电镜下观察测定PMN吞噬率、吞噬指数。结果:相同条件下,孢子悬液、孢子与AFD的混合液分别刺激正常人的PMN所产生的吞噬率、吞噬指数水平差别不显著(p>0.05);而刺激肝移植病人PMN时吞噬率、吞噬指数水平有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论:肝移植患者的PMN与混合液所引起孢子吞噬率、吞噬指数较正常人明显降低,提示这可能与肝移植患者易感烟曲霉菌有一定关系。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Aspergillus fumigatus and its exudate (AfD) on phagocytosis of neutrophils (PMN) in liver transplant recipients and normal subjects, and to lay a foundation for further study on the pathogenesis of Aspergillus fumigatus in patients after liver transplantation. Methods: PMN of normal and liver transplantation patients were stimulated with Aspergillus fumigatus spore suspension, Aspergillus fumigatus spores suspension and Aspergillus fumigatus exudate respectively. PAS staining was performed 1.5 hours later and PMN phagocytosis rate Swallow the index. Results: Under the same conditions, the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index level of PMN produced by spore suspension, spore and AFD were not significantly different (p> 0.05), while the PMN phagocytosis rate, Phagocytosis index levels were significantly different (p <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: PMN and mixed fluid caused by liver transplantation in patients with phagocytic rate and phagocytic index decreased significantly than normal, suggesting that this may be related to susceptibility to Aspergillus fumigatus liver transplantation patients have a certain relationship.
