北京市出台政策解决农村居民就医问题作为农村基层卫生体系的重要组成部分,乡村医生队伍在农村医疗卫生保障中发挥着不可替代的作用,但随着北京市农村经济的不断发展和农村居民就医需求的转变,农村基层医疗卫生服务体系和乡村医生队伍发展与广大农村居民日益增长的医疗卫生需求已经不相适应。为了解决该问题,北京市于2016年3月25日正式发布了《北京市关于加强村级医疗卫生机构和乡村医生队伍
