目的探讨吸入糖皮质激素（ICS）治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（CODP）稳定期的治疗效果。方法50例COPD稳定期患者,分为吸入糖皮质激素治疗组25例,对照组25例,2组给与常规治疗,同时吸入糖皮质激素组使用吸入布地奈德（商品名,普米克都保）,对2组疗效进行观察分析。结果ICS治疗组COPD症状明显减轻,住院次数和门诊均减少,与对照比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）,但对肺功能改善没有作用。结论吸入糖皮质激素可减轻COPD患者症状,提高生活质量。
