目的观察甲磺司特(Suplatast tosilate)对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(chronic abacterial prostatitis, CAP)大鼠前列腺组织中CD4+T淋巴细胞及白介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响,研究甲磺司特对CAP的治疗作用及机制。方法将36只老龄SD大鼠随机分为CAP模型组、甲磺司特低剂量治疗组、甲磺司特高剂量治疗组,每组12只。观察大鼠前列腺组织的病理形态学变化;免疫组化法检测CD4及IL-6在各组大鼠前列腺中的表达。结果(1)CAP模型组大鼠前列腺的病理形态学改变符合人类CAP的特点;甲磺司特治疗组前列腺的炎症明显改善;(2)甲磺司特治疗组CD4及IL-6的表达低于模型组(P<0.01);(3)甲磺司特高剂量治疗组CD4及IL-6的表达低于甲磺司特低剂量治疗组(P<0.01)。结论甲磺司特对CAP具有治疗作用,其机制可能是抑制了前列腺组织中CD4+T淋巴细胞等炎症细胞的浸润及IL-6等促炎性细胞因子的过高表达。
Objective To observe the effect of suplatast tosilate on the expression of CD4 + T lymphocytes and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in prostate tissue of chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP) rats. Steroid treatment of CAP and mechanism. Methods Thirty-six aged SD rats were randomly divided into CAP model group, low-dose of metsofam group and high-dose of sufentrate group, with 12 in each group. The pathological changes of the rat prostate were observed. The expressions of CD4 and IL-6 in the prostate of the rats were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results (1) The histopathological changes of the prostate in CAP model group were consistent with the characteristics of human CAP. The inflammation of the prostate in the treatment group was significantly improved. (2) The expression of CD4 and IL-6 in the sufentanil group was lower (P <0.01). (3) The expression of CD4 and IL-6 in the high-dose sufentanil group were lower than those in the low-dose sufentrate group (P <0.01). Conclusion Moxiflora has a therapeutic effect on CAP. The possible mechanism is that the infiltration of inflammatory cells such as CD4 + T lymphocytes and the over-expression of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 in prostate tissue may be inhibited.
