机电安装工程是公共建筑的重要构成之一,伴随建筑物规模的扩大,其技术要求和施工难度也有所提升,同时还需要各专业的高度协调配合。最近几年,BIM技术已被广泛运用于建筑行业,促进了建筑工程从前期设计、规划施工到后期运营的改革和创新,从而推动现代建筑业的未来发展。对此,本文基于BIM的技术优势和应用价值,对BIM管理在机电安装工程中的实施内容和方法展开了详细分析。
Mechanical and electrical installation engineering is one of the important components of public buildings. With the expansion of buildings, the technical requirements and construction difficulties also increase. At the same time, there is also a need for a high degree of coordination among various disciplines. In recent years, BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry, promoting the reform and innovation of the construction engineering from pre-design, planning and construction to post-operation so as to promote the future development of the modern construction industry. In this regard, based on the technical advantages and application value of BIM, this paper analyzes in detail the implementation content and method of BIM management in electromechanical installation engineering.
