本文在考虑企业研发内生性的前提下,引入企业研发投入策略互动,利用2005-2007年中国工业企业数据,结合倾向得分匹配法与空间自回归Tobit模型,构造不同的空间权重矩阵,全方位考察企业出口行为对其研发创新的影响。结果发现,企业出口行为确实促进了研发投入,由于中国企业更多模仿领先者而非开展研发竞赛,因此之前忽略研发策略互动的研究低估了出口对研发投入的促进作用;出口增大了新产品开发的研发投入力度;高科技行业研发创新的促进作用更加明显。这些结论既丰富了中国工业企业研发投入的行为机理,同时也完善了“出口中学”假说的经验研究。
In this paper, we consider the endogenous research and development of enterprises, the introduction of corporate R & D investment strategy interaction, the use of 2005-2007 China’s industrial enterprises data, combined with propensity score matching and spatial autoregressive Tobit model, construct different spatial weight matrix, omni-directional inspection The Impact of Enterprise Export on Its R & D and Innovation. As a result, it was found that the export behavior of enterprises did promote R & D investment. Since Chinese enterprises more imitate the leader rather than the R & D competition, the previous research that ignored the interaction of R & D strategies underestimated the contribution of exports to the R & D investment; the exports increased new products R & D investment in research and development; high-tech industry research and innovation to promote the role of more pronounced. These conclusions not only enrich the behavior mechanism of R & D investment of Chinese industrial enterprises, but also improve the empirical study of the hypothesis of “exporting secondary schools”.
