目的:探讨糖肾清对糖尿病大鼠肾脏形态学的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、阳性药卡托普利(14 mg.kg-1)组、糖肾清高、中、低剂量(187,93.5,46.75 mg.kg-1)组,用STZ诱导大鼠糖尿病肾病(DN)模型,连续ig 12周后处死大鼠,取肾脏行HE,PAS染色,光镜下对肾组织病变进行分类评分,PAS染色下测定肾小球系膜基质相对面积。结果:糖肾清高剂量组的肾脏病变较模型组有所减轻,其肾小球基质相对面积较模型组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:糖肾清能减轻DN大鼠肾小球细胞外基质的增生程度,对其肾脏病变具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Tangshenqing on the morphology of kidney in diabetic rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, positive drug captopril (14 mg.kg-1) group, high and low dose of sugar and kidney (187,93.5,46.75 mg.kg-1 ) Group. The model of diabetic nephropathy (DN) was induced by STZ, and the rats were sacrificed 12 weeks after ig administration. The kidneys were subjected to HE and PAS staining. The pathological changes of renal tissues were classified by light microscopy. The glomeruli Mesangial matrix relative area. Results: Compared with the model group, the nephritic lesion in the high-dose sugar and kidney group was relieved, and the relative area of glomerular matrix was significantly decreased compared with the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tangshenqing can relieve the proliferation of glomerular extracellular matrix in DN rats, and has a protective effect on the renal lesions.
