本院近来收治1例临床表现为发热,咳黄脓痰,以肺部病变为主的恶性组织细胞增生病(简称恶组),现报告如下。病历摘要患者男性,41岁。因发热、咳黄脓痰1月余,1990年1月27日入院。在外院诊断为右上肺结核,给予利福平、雷米封抗结核治疗1月,症状无好转,转本院治疗。体检:T39℃,P104次/分,R24次/分,BP14/11KPa。一般情况差,消瘦,皮肤粘膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结不肿大。右上肺闻干湿啰音?卫呦?.5cm,剑
