肌肉拉伤是运动损伤中最常见的一种损伤,发生率较高.为此,我们教学组接待了大腿肌肉拉伤的伤员,通过询问和治疗,探索有效的疗法,并了解肌肉拉伤的部位及原因,以提出预防措施,减少肌肉拉伤的发生率.这次共调查治疗42人次,男18名、女12名,调查的结果如下:一、大腿肌肉拉伤的分布大腿肌肉拉伤居首位的是后群肌肉(股二头肌、半腱半膜肌),占损伤病例的38%.其次是大腿前群肌肉(股直肌、股内、外侧肌),占损伤病例的26%.从每块肌肉损伤的部位看,最多的是肌腹拉伤,占全部病例的50%(详见表一).
