目的根据抗缓激肽能抑制血管源性水肿的原理,探讨应用抗缓激肽药物Neurotropin治疗大面积脑梗塞性脑水肿患者的可行性和有效性。方法选择5例年龄55~81岁,发病时间24h~6d的大面积脑梗塞性脑水肿患者给予5%葡萄糖溶液500ml中加入Neurotropin30ml静脉点滴,1次/d,连续10d,跟踪脑CT及多伦多神经功能评分。结果4例病灶面积明显缩小,但病灶中心CT值无明显变化,其中2例神经功能明显改善。结论应用Neurotropin为抗脑水肿治疗提供了一条新途径。
Objective According to the principle that anti-bradykinin can inhibit vasogenic edema, the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the anti-bradykinin drug Neurotropin in treating patients with cerebral infarction with cerebral edema were explored. Methods Five patients (55-51 years old) with cerebral infarction cerebral edema with onset time of 24h ~ 6d were randomly divided into 500ml of 5% dextrose solution and 30ml of Neurotropin intravenously once a day for 10 days. Function score. Results The area of 4 lesions was significantly reduced, but there was no significant change in the CT value of the lesion, of which 2 patients had significant improvement in neurological function. Conclusion The application of Neurotropin provides a new way for anti-brain edema treatment.
