检察机关做好新形势下群众工作与宪法法律赋予的执法办案职能具有内在的本质联系,但是不少地方检察机关的群众工作还存在诸多问题。需要通过狠抓职务犯罪查处工作,着力维护公平正义,着力化解社会矛盾,高度重视民生民利工作等途径,探索总结一些行之有效的载体和抓手,提升检察机关执法办案和群众工作的融合度。
The procuratorial organs are intrinsically intrinsically linked to doing well the mass work under the new situation and the law enforcement and handling functions conferred upon them by the constitutional laws. However, there are still many problems with the work of mass work by many local procuratorial organs. We need to make efforts to investigate and punish job-related crimes, strive to safeguard fairness and justice, focus on resolving social conflicts and attach great importance to people’s livelihood and people’s livelihood. We should explore and sum up some effective carriers and starting points so as to enhance the degree of integration between the prosecution’s handling of cases and the masses’ work .
