从2004学年开始,上海市教育委员会在全市开始启用《上海市中小学生成长记录册》(以下简称《记录册》),它是对学生学习评价改革的积极探索,也是上海市中小学“二期课改”的亮点之一。在《记录册》中,“评语”占有非常重要的地位。可以说,评语是学生情况的“概貌”提示,是学生成长的“肖像”描写。《记录册》体现了素质教育的要求,全面关注学生的成长和发展。
