芳香偶氮聚合物是一类新型的高分子染料。本工作从对-N,N-二甲基苯胺出发,经重氮化和偶联反应,再与环氧氯丙烷缩合制备单体,最后用阳离子聚合方法得到了聚醚型芳香偶氮高分子染料——聚(对-N,N-二甲氨基偶氮苯基)缩水甘油醚。用元素分析,红外光谱和~(13)C核磁共振确定了聚合物的结构,并测定了它的熔点,分子量等物理化学常数。 上述染料高分子与偏氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物组成光敏材料,测定了它的紫外感光特性。结果表明,高分子染料具有光敏成象性能,并能稳定地结合在光敏层内。
Aromatic azo polymer is a new class of polymer dyes. In this work, starting from para-N, N-dimethylaniline, diazotization and coupling reaction, and then with epichlorohydrin condensation monomer, and finally by cationic polymerization polyether aromatic azo polymer Dye - Poly (p-N, N-dimethylaminazophenyl) glycidyl ether. The structure of the polymer was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and ~ (13) C NMR, and its physicochemical constants such as melting point and molecular weight were also determined. The dye polymer and vinylidene chloride - methyl acrylate copolymer photosensitive material, measured its UV-sensitive properties. The results show that the polymer dyes with photosensitive imaging properties, and can be stably incorporated in the photosensitive layer.
