为消除医检中用“汞量法”测血清中的Cl~-,给环境带来污染,本文介绍了利用Cl~-离子在选定的底液条件下出现切口指示终点的示波极谱滴定法,具有方法简单,终点直观的特点。对临床120名患者血清中Cl~-测定与“汞量法”对照,证明数据可靠,可应用于血清中Cl~-的测定。
In order to eliminate the contamination of the environment with Cl ~ - measured by “Mercury amount method” in medical examination, the paper introduced the oscillopolarographic method of using Cl ~ - ions to indicate the end point of incision under the selected liquid medium Titration, with a simple method, the end point of intuitive features. Clinical 120 patients with serum Cl ~ - determination and “mercury method” control, the data proved reliable, can be applied to the determination of Cl ~ - in serum.
