雕塑空间作为装饰雕塑十分重要的语言形式,使得雕塑不再仅仅局限于形体自身,而拓展为形体和一定范围内空间的总和,它是由雕塑的“占有空间”“环境空间”以及“围合空间”所共同构成的一个相互影响的空间结构。装饰雕塑的这种空间特征就决定了雕塑与环境的融合不再是简单的空间融汇,而是实体与空间之间相互凝聚与有机结合,共同筑成一种与周围环境和谐一致的感应空间。雕塑实体能够积极主动地组织和调节空间,使空间产生有机秩序、产生活力,变得富有生气和情感。
