随着我国综合国力的不断增强,各行各业都进入了快速发展时期,在这种大背景下,各行各业对人才的需求也发生了变化,不再是仅仅需要那种肯出力气、只会做事的劳动者,而是更需要面对实际情况能够快速做出灵活处理的具有创新能力的人才,社会对人才需求的变化给我们每位教育工作者提出了一个严峻的挑战。为了使高职院校培养的学生更具竞争力,作为教育工作者的我们要从培养模式上下工夫,把创新型人才培养作为教育教学重点。本文结合笔者多年在高职院校教育教学工作的经验,探索了在社会对人才需求变化的背景下,如何培养高职院校学生适应社会、创新创造的独立能力,从而为社会培养出实用型、挑战型、创新型的人才。
