目的 观察视网膜脱离(retinal detachment,RD)时间对球后血管血流动力学的影响.方法 42例RD患者,脱离时间不足15 d的24例作为新鲜组,脱离时间超过30 d的18例作为陈旧组.使用彩色多普勒超声测量眼动脉(ocular artery,OA)、视网膜中央动脉(retinal central artery,CRA)和睫状后短动脉(posterior ciliary artery,PCA)等球后壁血管的收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)、舒张末期流速(end diastolic velocity,EDV)、平均流速(average velocity,AV),搏动指数(pulsatility index,PI)、阻力指数(resistance index,RI).结果 陈旧组患者OA的PSV、EDV、AV略低于,而PI、RI略高于新鲜组患者,但组间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).陈旧组患者CRA和PCA的PSV、EDV、AV显著低于新鲜组患者,而RI显著高于新鲜组患者(均P0.05).结论 RD时间对RD患者的球后血管血流动力学指标具有一定的影响.“,”To investigate the effects of retinal detachment (RD) time on the retrobulbar blood vessel hemodynamics. Methods 42 patients with RD were divided into 2 groups according to the RD time: fresh RD group with the RD time less than 15 days (n=24) and old RD group with the RD time over 30 days (n=18). Color Doppler Imaging was used to measure the retrobulbar hemodynamics of the ocular artery (OA), retinal central artery (CRA), and posterior ciliary artery (PCA). Results The values of peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), and average velocity (AV) of the OA in the old RD group were all slightly lower than those in the fresh RD group, and the values of pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of the OA in the old RD group were both slightly higher than those in the fresh RD group, however, all not significantly (allP>0.05). The values of PI of the CRA and PCA of the old RD group were all slightly higher than those of the freah RD group, however, all not significantly (all P>0.05). The values of PSV, EDV, and AV of the CRA and PCA in the old RD group were all significantly lower than those in the fresh RD group, and the RI values of CRA and PCA in the old RD group were both significantly higher than those in the fresh RD group (P<0.05).Conclusion RD time had a certain effect on the retrobulbar hemodynamic parameters of RD patients.
