改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展,并且经济体制开始由计划经济向着市场经济转变。最终,市场经济成为社会资源配置的决定性方式,政府的职能发生了很大变化。本文则主要围绕政府职能转化过程中人力资源管理这个最为重要的因素展开研究,进一步论述了我国地方政府人力资源管理的现状,并在此基础上,给出了加强地方政府人力资源管理的对策。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly, and the economic structure has begun to shift from a planned economy to a market economy. In the end, the market economy has become the decisive way for the allocation of social resources. The functions of the government have undergone great changes. This article focuses on the most important factor of human resource management in the transformation of government functions, further discusses the current situation of human resource management in local government in our country, and on this basis gives the countermeasures to strengthen human resource management of local government.
