壶关县离退休老干部在日常生活中,经常遇到一些难以解决的问题而找老干部部门求助。壶关县委老干部局、老于部党总支在县委、县政府的领导支持下,为提高广大老干部的维权意识,经常组织他们学习法律知识,将《老年人权益保障法》印发给他们,利用老干部活动中心和老干部活动站,作法律知识讲座,在老干部的正当权益受到侵害时,积极向他们提供法律援助,只要他们的要求是法律允许的,就为他们仗义执言,主动为他们说话办事。
