建立同时测定冬凌草药材中迷迭香酸、冬凌草甲素和猫眼草黄素含量的高效液相色谱方法。采用Ultimate C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长338,242 nm。迷迭香酸、冬凌草甲素和猫眼草黄素的线性范围分别为0.222~2.78,0.227~2.84,0.005 68~0.071μg;平均加样回收率分别为102.9%(RSD 1.9%),99.6%(RSD 1.1%),102.5%(RSD 0.94%)。该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于冬凌草药材的质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of rosmarinic acid, oridonin and ophthalmic flavin in Rubescens. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution, gradient elution was performed on a Ultimate C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 338,242 nm. The linear ranges of rosmarinic acid, oridonin and ophthalmic flavin were 0.222 ~ 2.78, 0.227 ~ 2.84 and 0.005 ~ 0.071μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 102.9% (RSD 1.9%), 99.6 % (RSD 1.1%), 102.5% (RSD 0.94%). The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Rubescens medicinal herbs.
